Wigginton Family Update!

Hello Everyone,

A lot has gone on the last several months. Some of the details I will pass over. But I’ll give ya a general low down with what’s been going on in our lives…

Gary lost his job the end of March! We were totally shocked and not expecting it at all! The guy who took Gary’s position really didn’t know the job or have Gary’s  knowledge of the business so he got Gary hired back  on in June( 3months time)!!
Ever since then Gary has been going non-stop! Sometimes he’s not able to come home on the weekends since there’s problems! Gary most recently has been working in Kansas City, Missiouri!  So sometimes Gary has not been home for a couple of weeks! Me and the kids miss him so much! He will be working in St. Louis , Missouri  as Project Manager.

PJ is still working at Applebee’s and living at home! He has his favorite customers and does know how to serve well! He’s talking about moving out at the beginning of the year. I know he’s looking forward to reunion!

Kara is going to college and looking for a job! She’s keeping busy between school and ward activities. She helps me by doing the grocery shopping and keeping the house clean.

AJ is going to school for a semester. He’s going to be putting in his missionary paperwork in- in a few months. So school is keeping him busy and school! He’s also looking for work!

Me…not a whole lot to tell! With Gary gone quite a bit I’m keeping busy with work, church work, working out and training !! I am learning to fly alone. If Gary can’t come home I’m going to be going to him!! I’ve done it once. I flew out to Kansas, City! Not too bad! As long as I get to the airport early enough and I know which gate I’m at- I’m good!  Hopefully, the next time we do this I’m not such a greeny solo  flyer!

As a family we do marathons…we did the Pat Tillman  5k in May! (Going to do it again) We’re doing a Bisbee 5k in October. ( our 2nd time) I’ve been training with a Melody( first time doing Bisbee)  I met her  on face book to get ready for the marathon. We run /walk 3 miles and then do 5 sets of stairs up and down a total of 2000ish ! Our time is not that bad 1:40!! I like it on Wednesday’s when I get home I can eat pretty much whatever I want!! In January I’m doing the Color Run with team Cray-Ola! Very excited ! This will be a first with no family! L

We do enjoy seeing Tara and Brian and the boys. It seems like we don’t see them enough!!

We are all looking forward to the reunion! Can’t wait to see you all again!!
Love,
The Wigginton Family

Brian and Tara Lowery Family

Hi Everyone,
I can't believe it's been a year since we saw everyone at the reunion. Time sure does fly. We have been keeping busy.
The biggest news that we have is our newest addition, Rederick Green Lowery. He was born at 5:01am,  on February 24, 2012. He was 7lbs 6oz, 20 1/2 inches long. He is now 6 months old and is following in his brother's footsteps.  He doesn't like to sit still or take naps. He either wants to be rolling around or standing up. GlenGary loves being a big brother and helping take care of him. We love having Rederick as a part of our family and he is a true joy. While the Lowery side was enjoying our wonderful bundle of joy we also had some heartache. My Brother and sister in-law who were due at the same time I was, delivered their baby girl stillborn, 9 days before we had Rederick, in Kentucky. They came back to AZ to lay their angel to rest. Unfortanatly I was still in the hospital but we were able to comfort one another when we got together. We are grateful to have the gospel in our lives that helps us through tough times.
Brian has been working hard to provide for our family everyday. The company he works for recently opened a new center right in our neighborhood, so the commute is wonderful during the week. He still works on Saturdays in Mesa which gives us a nice excuse to see family, and do other activities we want to.  Brian enjoys going yard selling, playing games, and wrestling with his sons. In April, we took a family trip to Utah for a wedding reception of one of Brian's friends from the Wisconsin mission (a convert he tracted into and helped teach and who served his own mission in Utah and married in the Idaho temple). We had a wonderful time. We went to the reception, attended church and had dinner with him. We also attended a luncheon with some of  Brian's mission buddies, and I even meet his mission president and wife. We are glad we went. Brian is a wonderful and amazing husband and father.
I have been a busy stay at home mom doing my best to make sure everyone is taken care of.  We now have some new pets added to our family. Along with our cat, Klink, we have have a dog named Cinderalla and two turtles. Most of my days are spent taking care of the kids, cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, grocery shopping and anything else that needs to get done. I have recently got a new calling as part of the activities committee for Relief Society.
GlenGary is growing bigger. He will be 3 in October. He likes to be very independent. Within this last month, we have really been working on potty training him.  He does pretty well but still has a while to go to be completly potty trained. GlenGary loves going outside, playing with his blocks, reading books and copying everyone else. Recently, we took a trip to the Arizona Science Center. It was a alot of fun and GlenGary really enjoyed it. He is very smart and is learning new things everyday. He loves church and attending his nursery class although it took him a little getting used to.
Well, I think that about sums up our family for now. We look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion next year. We love and miss you all.
Love,
The Lowery Family
